Register of owners and animals

The owner is enrolled in the program at his first visit to the veterinary clinic. Each owner receives an identification mark upon enrollment in the program, which distinguishes him from the others. The responsible person obtains from the owner the basic data they need to do business with him. In this chapter, we have prepared for you an example of creating a new code for the owner.

We store various documents in Documentation. The owner of the animal in the Documentation of the PANTHEON VET program stores both findings of all animals, as well as contracts, consents, etc. In this chapter, we will present you with an example of how to access the review of all the owner's documentation.

For each customer or owner can enter various payment data (limit, number of installments, payment deadline...). You can enter a statement that will be printed by default on the invoices issued to this entity, information on received guarantees, insurance of claims, amount rebates, withheld funds, etc. In this chapter, we will present you with an example of how to access the owner's financial data.

Animal owners can have their animals in different locations (pasture in the mountains, stables at different addresses, temporary stay of animals in another owner's stable, etc.). Official registers are obtained for the locations, ti. G-MID. In Slovenia, farm animals must, in accordance with the law, be registered by location, so that the GMID code is indicated. In this chapter, we will present an example of entering an additional animal location identifier (GMID).

To make it easier to search for an animal, the Animal overview list can be filtered by the owner: by name, species, identification mark, etc. In this chapter, we will show you an example of using the filters in the Animal View list.

Veterinary clinics record lists of animals (patients) in connection with their owners. When the owner brings his animal to the veterinary clinic for the first time, the receptionist or the veterinarian (the person responsible) enters the program, where a unique code is created for the animal or group of animals. We have prepared examples for you that describe the addition of new and different animals.

Some types of animals are not recorded individually, but in groups (bees, poultry, pigs, etc.). When the veterinarian treats a group of animals for the first time, he enters the group into the program, where a unique code for the group of animals is created. We have prepared examples for you that describe the addition of new groups of different types of animals.

When several animals have a lot of the same data (e.g. a litter of puppies: information about parents, date of birth, date of registration, species, breed, etc.), we can enter the first animal, and use the data copying functionality for the others and correct only those data that are different. In this way, we speed up the entry and reduce the possibility of entry errors. In this chapter, we will present an example of copying data when creating a code for a puppy.

When the veterinarian examines only one animal during treatment, the animal treatment document can be created from the Register of owners and animals, using the button Treatment of one animal. In this chapter, we will present you an example of creating a new treatment for one animal.

The creation of a treatment document for several animals at the same time can be done from the Register of Owners and animals. Several animals are treated simultaneously on the same document when the owner brings several of his animals to the veterinary clinic (or in the field), which are examined by the veterinarian.

When entering data, it may happen that the user inadvertently makes a change or does not want to save what he entered. For this purpose, the resulting changes can be easily canceled by clicking on the button. In this chapter, we will present an example of using the Cancel button.

History

Animal History Review provides a comprehensive overview of events that have been recorded for an animal. In this way, the veterinarian can review the documentation (reports, etc.) and all created treatments in one place and get a quick insight into the animal's health status. The Register of owners and animals covers all the basic information that the veterinary clinic needs in its work with clients or patients. The basic step of the receptionist, when the owner comes with the animal to the veterinary clinic, is to find the owner or the animal in the register. Veterinarians often have to transcribe the data they collect about owners and animals onto different forms or record books for animals that the owners bring with them.
