Browsing Incidents
Incidents can be browsed in the following ways:

In the list of incidents, double-click an incident or right click it and select Detail to see its details. Incident details are divided into the following sections:

Toolbar |
The toolbar contains button for common functions. The same functions can be accessed through the context menu.

Events Pane |
The Events pane contains a tree view of incident folders, into which they are put by:
- the company of the registered user,
- the registered user
- incident status (open or closed)
An incident is closed if it has been marked as such by your support provider.
