Documents allow the user to gain an overview of the documentation.

CASE SUMMARY
Employee at Tecta wants to check the servicing documents in the Documentation. This is done as follows:
- Selecting Documents
- Checking the document list
- Checking the details of a document

1. Selecting Documents
After logging in to PANTHEON, the person responsible selects Documents.
Documents are showing a list of existing documents.
2. Checking the document list
The person responsible wants to find the servicing documentation of the customer ALIANZ.
To find documentation quickly, the person responsible uses filters.
In the filter field Subject, the person responsible starts typing ALIANZ .
ALIANZ Plc. - Alianz, Branch Easteren Europe Plc. is displayed in the drop-down list and the person responsible selects it.
A list of documents linked to subject is displayed.
Clicking the preview button 
next to the document ID shows the document preview.
3. Checking the details of a document
The person responsible wants to see the detailed information of document 25-DIZO-000002.
To display this information, the person responsible clicks the ID number of the selected document.
This opens a detailed view of the document.
The person responsible wants to check the linked documents as well.
Links panel shows connected PANTHEON documents.
This completes the process of checking the document from the documentation archive.
