Absence Overview

Absence Overview

The Absence Overview panel is a table which will help you to track employees' absences. In this panel you can also add new, delete or edit absences by using buttons from the header of the panel:

New Absence - Through this button you can add the employee a new absence.

Delete Absence- Through this button you can delete an employee's absence.

Edit Absence - Through this button you can edit an employee's absence.

Report - Through this button you can open reports that are linked to employee's absences.

Absence Overview - Through this button you can open a calendar with the absence overview.

All – Trough this switcher, we can see other types of calendars.

 

In the panel you can see and track following data:

Absence In this field is the ID of the absence type.

Type of Absence

Medical Cert.

In this field is the name of the absence type.

In this field you can mark if employee brought medical cert.

From Date/Date To In this field you can select the date and hour of the employee's absence type. The duration of the absence (from - to).

Finished

Non working days

Year

In this field you can select if the absence type is finished or not. If you have defined this field in the new absence form, the program will set this field automatically.

In this field you can mark if there were any non working days in this period.

In this field you can see for which year the absence is registered.

Calendar

In this column we can see different calendar types.

On the right, below in the panel is a table with three columns. In these column you can see values of employee's absence types. Available are following fields:

Absence Type In this field is the ID of the absence.
   
Total The total sum of the absence types for all years in your company.
000001.gif In this panel the program will transfer employee's absences that you will create in the new absence form!
000001.gif To receive correct data in the Absence Overview panel, you previously have to run the leave calculation.  Only after you have defined that the program will calculate leave by leave parameters or by leave formula, the program will display data about absences correctly!
