3LC - List of Employees - Emails

    

The report shows the list of employees with their e-mail addresses that we were sending annual leave decrees. 

Reg. no. Registration number of the employee.
Full name Full name of the employee.
Date The date when the annual leave decree is sent to the employee's email.
E-mail E-mail of the employee is written from header of Employees file from the field E-mail.
Report The report ID that was sent to the employee via email.

 

WARNING

The report 3LC will function properly only after the annual leave decrees have been sent to employees' email addresses.

To send the annual leave decrees to employees via email, please follow the instructions with the click on Sending annual leave decress by e-mail.
