Available Serial Numbers

Available serial numbers

 

 

Tab enables viewing of available serial numbers.  

It contains data for selected item.

Only available serial numbers are shown for items run by serial numbers. We can also see serial numbers from customs warehouse.

This tab is used only for viewing serial numbers, numbers cannot be changed here.

Column Warehouse shows wich warehouse contains certain serial numbers.
Column Item shows the name of the item.
Column Serial Number shows the name of the serial number.
Column Stock shows the number of particular serial number that is on stock on selected warehouse.

In case serial number(s) is(are) hard allocated, then the quantity of hard allocated serial numbers is shown in column Allocated.
In case of "One serial number is one piece" column allocated will show value 1. In case of "One serial number is multiple pieces" the quantity in column allocated will be the number which is allocated. In case there is no allocation of serial number, the column allocated will be empty (0). 
In column Remaining Stock, the difference between column Stock and Hard Allocations is shown.
