Line The line number will be added automatically.
Period from From the panel Average Salaries you can choose period from when the employee is working on additional task for specific position.
Period to From the panel Average Salaries you can set a period, until when the employee is going to carry out the additional task for the specific position.
Task

You can enter additional tasks that employee is carring out, but are not part of the position employee is employed on. 

In principal this are the tasks that employee is going to get extra payed.
