Fixed Asset Card

Fixed Asset Card

Report displays detailed information about a specific fixed asset from the fixed asset register.

In accordance with the SRS 2002  the last record in the register does not necessary reflect the state of this fixed asset (in case of upward and downward revaluation). That is why the fixed asset report card shows summary values by acquisition accounts. In the Balance item you have the calculated summary value of the fixed asset regardless of the fact whether it is shown on acquisition accounts or rather on upward or downward revaluation ones.

The Balance item consists of

a) carrying value of acquisition

b) increased by the carrying value of upward revaluation

c) decreased by the carrying value of downward revaluation

d) total balance of accounting values of the fixed asset can be calculated for acquisition value, value adjustment and carrying value according to the following formula a + b - c = d

000001.gif If you disposed of the fixed asset (type 6), values 0,00 appear in items a), b), c) and hence also d).

Report can find all the items that influence the state of the fixed asset in the same way as it searches for records of depreciation calculation.

a) carrying purchase value thus consists of

1. information on acquisition (type-1), if depreciation has not been calculated for this fixed asset

2. increased for a possible general upward revaluation type 3, if depreciation has not been calculated fro this upward revaluation, or rather

3. information of the last calculation of acquisition depreciation (type - 21), if depreciation has already been calculated

b) carrying upward revaluation value consists of

1. information on upward revaluation type 4, if depreciation has not been calculated for upward revaluation

2. decreased for a possible disposal of upward revaluation type 7, if depreciation of upward revaluation has not been calculated, or rather

3. infromation of the last calculation of upward revaluation depreciation (type - 22), if depreciation has already been calculated

c) carrying downward revaluation value consists of

1. information on downward revaluation type 5, if depreciation of downward revaluation has not been calculated yet

2. decreased for a possible removal of downward revaluation type 8, if depreciation of downward revaluation has not been calculated yet, or rather

3. information of the last calcualtion of downward revaluation depreciation (type - 23), if depreciation has already been calculated

d) Balance can be calculated for acqusition value, value adjustment and carrying value according to the following formula a + b - c = d
