ARES

With an ARES block, you can open any existing or created ARES procedure or method in a workflow.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | PANTHEON Forms.

HINT
For example, you can add an ARES procedure for importing exchange rates to a workflow. For more information on how to create an ARES procedure, see a use case for the ARES block.

Double-clicking the ARES block opens the Task edit form for defining workflow settings. For more information about the form, see the chapter Task edit.

For ARES block, you need to define the procedure by setting up the fields marked in red. This block runs ARES together with the ARES step selected from the list.

From the drop-down list, select an ARES procedure e.g. 1000003 – Import exchange rates.
Double-clicking in the field opens the form Edit Datalab PANTHEON Applets for the selected ARES procedure.

HINT
The ARES procedure must have been created beforehand.

ARES step
|
From the drop-down menu, select the ARES procedure step selected in the ARES key field (e.g. Import exchange rates (FForm 20)).
If this step is not selected, the code from the ARES project (AresProject) is run.
