Missing workflow for adding requests

 

If a workflow with ID: A46E9F87-19EF-4AED-BA21-457E4D6FD622 is missing in the PANTHEON database, the below message will be displayed upon clicking the Submit button when creating a Request in the Work records.

The predefined workflow for adding requests is missing in the database. Configure it in the PANTHEON database under workflows:

Import the predefined workflow for adding requests with ID

A46E9F87-19EF-4AED-BA21-457E4D6FD622 to the PANTHEON database.

Read the user manual entry relevant for this message.

 

For the request sending function to work correctly, a workflow with the ID: A46E9F87-19EF-4AED-BA21-457E4D6FD622 must be imported into the PANTHEON database via the Transfer registers window.
