Workflow variables

The functionality can be accessed on the Workflow Design form by clicking the toolbar button (Variables).

This opens the form Workflow variables with workflow variables.

All default and added (e.g. from linked forms) workflow variables are visible in the list. You can add variables to the list or assign values to them as desired.

Detailed descriptions of all the fields below are described in section 6 – Variables of the chapter Editing tasks – general.
