Creating an Outstanding items report

Outstanding items provides a review of unpaid or partially unpaid issued and received invoices. In the program, we review outstanding items according to various criteria, such as dates, amounts, accounts, etc.

WARNING

The outstanding items list can be viewed only after all items have been posted in PANTHEON.

HINT

You can read more about this report in the PANTHEON Web Light Manual, in the Outstanding items chapter.

In this chapter, we will present an example of using the outstanding items report feature. The feature is located in the Reports module, in the Outstanding items submodule.

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible wants to check the list of outstanding items in detail according to the sub-documents for the Merkur d.o.o. company, on August 17, 2022. For this purpose, they select the Outstanding items report, which they prepare following the next steps:

  1. Determining criteria for the preparation of the report
  2. Sorting data
  3. Previewing and printing the report

1. Determining criteria for the preparation of the report

The person responsible opens the report preparation form by opening the Reports module where they choose the Outstanding items submodule.

In the Opened on field, they enter the desired date of review. In this case, they enter August 17, 2022.

From the drop-down list, in the Subject field, they search for the subject. They do so by typing the name of the subject, which in our case is Merkur Ltd.

The person responsible continues by determining criteria in the Type of overview field. From the drop-down list, they choose Detailed by document.

HINT

You can read more about types of documents in the Debt structure chapter.

The program updates the data in the list so that it meets the entered criteria.

2. Sorting data

The person responsible can further sort the list and thus speed up the review of the report.

In this case, the person responsible wishes to look at the data for document 21-3600-000019 in detail. For this purpose, they type the number of the document in the Search field located in the header of the document.

The program updates the list and displays only the records according to the specified sorting criteria.

3. Previewing and printing of the report

The person responsible wants to print the report with the selected criteria. Various printout formats are available.

For this purpose they click on the Print button, which is located in the upper right corner.

They choose the desired printout format from the list. In this case, the person responsible choose 08S - Outstanding Items - Summary.
