Registering on bizBox

The bizBox platform enables modern eBusiness, electronic storage services, digitalizing invoices and other solutions for connecting partners.
Automatized and safe B2B EDI eExchange with customers, suppliers and state authorities is ensured.
This chapter presents a use case of registering a new user on bizBox.
The person responsible opens the bizBox portal website.
A window opens on the website's front page.

The person responsible clicks the Entry button on the top right.
The person responsible starts registering.
A login window opens.

The person responsible wants to register for the first time, so they click the Register option in the bottom part of the window.
A window opens, into which the person responsible enters: Name, Last name and e-Mail, to which the person responsible receives a user name and web link for choosing a password to access the services.

HINT
The user name is composed in the form: name.surname.

The person responsible confirms the data entry by clicking the Confirm button.
An information window appears, which notifies the user that the first step of registration was successful.

The person responsible checks the inbox on the entered e-mail address.
To the e-mail, the person responsible receives a user name.
In this case, TECTA.ADMINISTRATOR.

In the lower part of the e-mail, the person responsible clicks the link: Set a password and continue the registration.
Automatically, a window on the bizBox website opens for setting a password for the created new user.
The person responsible enters the Password and Password confirmation.

A window appears with the message that the password was successfully set.

Next, the person responsible logs in by clicking the Login button.
A window automatically opens, where the person responsible enters the created User name and Password.

The person responsible clicks the Login button.
The front page of the user site opens.

After successfully registering, the person responsible must also register the company.

HINT
The registration of a company on bizBox can be carried out by a legal representative of the company with a valid qualified digital certificate. You can also acquire a special form during registration, which you fill out, scan and send the scan to prodaja@zzi.si.

Into the field, the person responsible enters the company's tax number and selects Check number.
When the company is registered, the person responsible activates the use of certified eStorage.
The person responsible clicks the Fill out the form button on the portal.

The person responsible fills in data on the form and selects the desired service.
On the given e-mail address, the person responsible receives login data and identifier or data about connection.

The person responsible enters data to the program on the corresponding created storage on the Storage panel in the Administration Panel. In this case, Certified eDocumentation.
Into the Identify field, the person responsible enters data about connection.

The person responsible saves the data entered by clicking the
(Post edit) button.
Now, the company can store the exchanged business documentation to the eHramba service. On the first page of the bizBox portal, the eHramba.si service appears.
