Show only active

Display of active or inactive notes records for the deferments in Notes code for deferment the responsible person can review using the checkbox Show only active.

The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes | Notes code for deferment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CASE

The responsible person wants to review active and inactive notes records in the notes code for deferment. They do this by following these steps:

  1. Opening Notes code for deferment
  2. Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Notes code for deferment

The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codes | Notes code for deferment.

A code with pre-prepared entries of various notes for deferment opens.

TIP

The process of entering a new note for deferment in the code is described in the chapter Entry in the notes code for deferment.

2. Checkbox Show only active

Checkbox  (Show only active) is checked or marked by default.

The display of professional instruction records in the code can be reviewed by the responsible person using the field Show only active.

When the field is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.

In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review active and inactive records. For this purpose, they remove the checkmark or uncheck the box (shown in the image below).

Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as the note for deferment code 6 - No deferment!
