Show only active

Display of active or inactive diagnosis records in Diagnosis code list the responsible person can review using the checkbox Show only active.

The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes | Diagnosis code list.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The responsible person wants to review active and inactive diagnosis records in the diagnosis code list. This is done by following these steps:

  1. Opening Diagnosis code list
  2. Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Diagnosis code list

The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codes | Diagnosis code list.

A list with pre-prepared entries of various diagnoses opens.

TIP

The process of entering a new diagnosis into the code list is described in the chapter Entering into the diagnosis code list.

2. Checkbox Show only active

Checkbox  (Show only active) is checked or marked by default.

When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.

In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they uncheck the box or deselect the field (shown in the image below).

Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as diagnosis code 168 - PARTUS.
