Show only active

The display of active or inactive records of professional instructions in the code list can be reviewed by the responsible person using the checkbox Show only active.

The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Code lists | Code list of professional instructions.

1. Opening the Code list of professional instructions

The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Code lists | Code list of professional instructions.

The code list with pre-prepared entries of various professional instructions opens.

2. Checkbox Show only active

Checkbox  (Show only active) is checked by default.

When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list. 

In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they remove the checkmark or uncheck the box (shown in the image below).

Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as the professional instruction code 35 - Mastitis sanitation.
