Reader
Functionality Reader enables searching for data about the owner and the animal on the form Appointment using a reader that reads the animal's chip.

Below, we demonstrate data entry for creating a new appointment using the reader.

CASE DESCRIPTION
Owner Lili Siam, after the cat's examination, asked the receptionist for a new appointment. The responsible person will use the reader to create the next new appointment and read the cat's chip. This is done through the following steps:

1. New appointment
The responsible person opens the module Reception, by selecting Veterinary | Reception.
On the calendar, they select the date 23.12.2022 and the time 11:00.
By right-clicking on this field, a set of functionalities that can be selected opens.
From the list, they select the option: New appointment.

2. Reader
On the form Appointment, the responsible person clicks the button
(Reader).
A blank field appears Add animal with reader.

When the data is entered using the reader and the ENTER key is pressed, the data about the owner and the animal is filled in.

The window Add animal with reader is closed by clicking the button Exit.
The appointment is saved by clicking the button Save in the window Appointment.
