Printout 6VI - Written consent for intervention is printed for the owner of the animal before the intervention, so that they are informed about the health status of the animal and the expected course of the operation and we ask them for written consent for the operation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CASE
The responsible person wants to print a written consent for the intervention regarding the sterilization of the cat Simba. They do this by following these steps:
- Document for sterilization treatment
- Printout of written consent

1. Document for vaccination treatment
The responsible person creates the document for the sterilization treatment of the cat as described in the chapter Entering treatment (general).
In the tab Performed service they add a package. Instructions can be read in the chapter Billing.
A treatment document has been created: 23-CLI1-000002.
Continues to print the written consent.
2. Printout of written consent
The responsible person creates the printout of the written consent via the button in the toolbar
(Printouts).
From the selection of options, they choose Consent for interventions and the type of printout: 6VI - Written consent for intervention.

A print preview opens.

To print, they click the button
(Print).
