6Y0 - Referral

Printout 6V0 - Referral allows printing of the referral for the animal. It contains information about the treated animal, the anamnesis and clinical picture, the therapy, and the desired examinations and notes from the veterinarian.

Below we present an example of a referral printout.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The owner of the dog Bobby, Božo Bulmastif, brought the dog for an examination at the clinic. The dog was hit by a car and now does not get up, does not eat, and has difficulty breathing. The responsible person at the clinic will issue a referral for an ultrasound and X-ray of the dog. This is done by following these steps:

  1. Creating the treatment document
  2. Treatment
  3. Referral Printout

1. Creating the treatment document

The responsible person creates the treatment document as shown in the user case Entering treatment data (general).

In our case, they create document no.: 23-CLI3-000020 with information about the owner Božo Bulmastif and the dog Bobby.

They continue to enter treatment data.

2. Treatment

In the tab Treatment they enter data about the anamnesis, status praesens, and notes from the veterinarian during the dog's examination (as shown in the image below).

TIP

More detailed instructions can be found in the user case Treatment.

They continue to the printout.

3. Referral Printout

The responsible person creates the referral printout via the button in the toolbar  (Printouts).

From the selection of options, they choose Referral and the type of printout: 6V0 - Referral.

A print preview opens.

To print, they click the button  (Print).
