Import Template Lines

     

The function for import template lines can be triggered via the Templates for Automatic Posting form by clicking the  (Import/Export Data) button and selecting the Import Template Lines.

By clicking on the existing header of the template for automatic posting you trigger import of existing lines.

warning

Before actually importing lines, the header cannot be empty!

 

Clicking the import option opens a window for entering parameters:

Destination template

Select a template to which you want to copy lines. By default, the currently selected ID template is offered.

Source template

Here, the ID of the template from which the lines are to be copied is displayed.

Overwrite

If checked, it allows you to overwrite source template data. If unchecked, the import operation only adds lines with consecutive numbers not existing in the template as of yet.

OK

Clicking on this button triggers import.

Cancel

Clicking on this button cancels import.
