Import Template 

     

The function for export template can be triggered via the Templates for Automatic Posting form by clicking on the  (Import/Export Data) button and selecting the Import Template.

It opens the window where you can enter the following:

Overwrite

If checked, it allows you to overwrite source template data. If unchecked, the import operation only adds lines with consecutive numbers not existing in the template as of yet.

Path to Template

Enter the path for importing data.

Import

After entering the parameters, proceed with the procedure by clicking this button.

HINT

Before actually importing data, the ID and the name of the procedure to be imported appear. The data can be changed if necessary!
 

A message is returned informing you whether the operation is completed successfully.
