Add employee to users

Before employees can use PANTHEON Chronos Mini, you need to set up user credentials and suitable authorizations for login into PANTHEON. This is done by creating users for the employees.
The wizard Add employee to users allows you to create a user for an existing employee.

You can select an employee by clicking the employee ID on the Employee list tab.
The employee's general data is displayed. In the toolbar, select the Wizards button and the option Add employee to users.

After clicking this option, the following question appears: Do you want to create a user for employee {0}?

Stop the process of creating a user and returns to the window with employee's general data.

Create
|
Opens the New user window, which is automatically populated with the employee's data.
