My records

My records opens by default, when the Work records module is selected. It enables the user to log their working hours, absence, lunch breaks, etc., at the workplace, on the field, or from home. The remaining leave and balance are also seen in the records

WARNING
  • The timer in My records can be activated only by the logged user, who is entered into Employees and Users with the proper authorisations.
  • The superiors, who check and edit the work records of all employees, need proper authorisations.

The form can be divided into the following parts:

  1. The Toolbar with the Attendance, Requests, and Assigned leave tabs, along with the Search engine, Add request, Wizards, Export and Print action buttons;
  2. Header with the timer and the buttons for entering the work obligations;
  3. The work records list for the current month, displayed by default, for the logged user;
  4. Balance or the sum total of the working hours and assigned leave.
