Add Event
Events in the calendar allow us to track important dates, such as meetings, hearings, deadlines, and other key events.
This chapter describes how to add Event to the calendar.

Case summary
The lawyer from Themis law firm has scheduled a meeting with their client in legal case. They want to add the meeting date to the calendar.
The following steps are required:
- Selecting Events
- Creating new Event

After logging into the PANTHEON Web Legal, the responsible person selects the module Events from main menu.

The event calendar opens.

In the next step, the user creates new Event.
They want to create an event for a meeting with the client regarding the case.
To do this, they select the time slot for the event in the calendar.

A blank window for entering a New event opens.

They enter Event name and Location of the event.

They adjust the meeting date.

In field Case selects the law case related to the meeting.

In the final step, adds a detailed description of the meeting and Save the event.

The event is saved and visible in the calendar.

Events can be easily moved around the calendar using the Drag and Drop feature.
