Credit an Leases - Custom Fields
On the subpanel Custom Fields of the Credits and Leases panel, you can define ten alphanumeric, ten numeric and four date custom fields for credits and leases documents.
The settings can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel, where you need to click on the panel Settings | Financials | Credits and Leases | Custom fields.
If you do not enter the names of the fields, they will not appear in the Credits and Leases register.
Here is a description of form's features:
1. Text Fields
Enter a name of the text field and, in the right field, enter an SQL statement to search for the desired values in SQL notation.

The custom text fields data are entered manually. To simplify the entering, enter the SQL statement in the search box. The SQL statement defines which data and from which tables should PANTHEON offer upon entering into the given field. See an Example on Search with SQL Statement.

2. Numerical Fields
For the numeric fields, only enter the name of the field.
