Click Report in Work Documentation Reports window in order to display collective requisitions by groups for the selected work order group.

Collective requisition by groups shows total quantities required as recorded in lines of material for issue to WO. That is, they are displayed for all work orders together as well as separately by groups on each separate sheet. Groups can be set in Document Types settings for work orders, more precisely under the Work Documentation tab.

It is wise to group lines of material in this way whenever you are trying to issue different types of items from warehouses and separate documents of issue are required to do so.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document TypeID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Displays report name Collective Requisition by Groups as set in Document Types settings.
Report generatedDisplays date on which report was created.
WO
Displays a list of work order IDs selected according to set criteria.

Lines of Issue to the Selected Work Order Group

ID
Displays item ID for issue to work order group.
Name
Displays a short text giving description of item (naming it).
Quantity
Displays quantity in line of issue to work order group that can be found in manufacturing specification.
U/M
Displays a unit of measurement used.
