Selecting Work Documentation from report menu in Process Work Orders window opens one where you can set criteria in order to issue work documentation for open work orders.

Select among WO Documentation - Reports for creating individual reports or Work Documentation - Collective Reports in order to create collective reports. For detailed treatment on individual reports see follow-up. Click links below for more information on collective reports.

There are 7 different types of collective reports available:

• 486 - Collective requisition by groups,
• Transfer notes,
• Compound document,
• Work slips,
• Tool tickets,
• Request to sub-contractors, and
• Work slips for sub-contractors
