Click Report in Work Documentation Reports window in order to display tool tickets for the selected work order group.

Tool tickets serve for acquisition and transfer of tools from the warehouse to production.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Document Type ID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Displays report name Tool Tickets as set in Document Types settings.
Work Order Displays an ID of work order.
Order
Displays ID and line of linked sales order.
Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Print ModeThe following two can appear depending on whether you checked Show only selected lines:
  • Print Mode: Show only selected lines; and otherwise
  • Print Mode: Normal
Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
WO DateDisplays date on which report was created.

Data in Lines of Issue to Work Order

Product
Displays ID, name and unit of measurement (U/M) of item in production.
(quantity)Displays planned quantity for production expressed in unit of measurement (U/M).

 
Resource Displays an ID of resource where an operation is executed.

 

Group
Displays an ID and name of resource parent to the one where an operation is executed.
OperationDisplays ID and name of operation.

 

LineDisplays an alternate line and line number of operation.

 

Fields in Issue Table

Quantity
Displays quantity of materials recorded.
Date
Displays date of issue.
Signature
A place where the recipient of material can sign.
