6V6 - Individual treatment

Printout 6V6 - Individual treatment allows printing of the outpatient diary. It contains data about the treated animal, the type of treatment, and the value for payment of services and consumed materials. In case we have created a treatment document with data on the tab Vaccination and/or the tab Quarantine, a window for entering the owner's signature.

Below we present an example of printing the outpatient diary for the vaccination treatment.

CASE DESCRIPTION The responsible person wants to print the outpatient diary for the created vaccination treatment document for the cat. They do this by following these steps: Vaccination treatment document Printout ofthe outpatient diary Owner's signature

1. Vaccination treatment document

The responsible person creates the vaccination treatment document for the cat as described in the chapter Entering vaccination.

A treatment document has been created: 23-CLI3-000010.

Proceed to print the outpatient diary.

2. Printing the outpatient diary

The responsible person creates the printout of the outpatient diary via the button in the toolbar  (Printouts).

TIP To print the outpatient diary, the responsible person can also click on the button Printout. The procedure instructions can be read in the chapter Printout.

From the selection of options, they choose Printout of treatment and the type of printout: 6V6 - Individual treatment.

A print preview opens.

To print, they click on the button  (Print).

3. Owner's signature

In case the treatment data is on the tab Vaccination and/or the tab Quarantine, a window for the owner's signature.

In our case, it is a printout of the vaccination treatment, so when the responsible person clicks on the print button and selects the appropriate printer, a window appears Draw watermark with image.

The owner signs in the field using a tablet, and the responsible person inserts the signature by clicking the button Insert. 

The signature is printed on the outpatient diary.
