Taskbar Applicants
In a taskbar Applicants we can find:

Delete record
|
With the help of the button, we can delete the record where we are currently located. Before deleting the program warn us, if we would really like to delete all the applicants data.

With the help of the navigation buttons we can move between the applicants (from left to write: first entry, previous entry, search entry, next entry, last entry).
|
|
|
If we have an applicant already entered, we can search for it by clicking on “…” and the search window will open.
It allows us to quickly move to the desired record and at the same time, this field opens the selection table for easier orientation. Applicants can be searched according to the following criteria:
- Applicant ID
- Last Name
- First Name

New record
|
Click on this button to add a new record.
|

Templates
|
It open a menu for setting templates.
|
|
Wizard
|
It opens the menu wizards:
|
|
Reports
|
It opens the window of reports related to applicants.
|
|
Import and export data
|
We different options by pressing this button.
|
|
Help
|
It provides access to the Help menu when using and working with the software package.
