Add/delete work obligation

The Add work obligation wizard enables quick and easy adding of entries for cases when work obligations are not entered in My records, for example to add missing entries for past days.
The Add work obligation pop-up window opens and shows the following fields:

Employee

Select the employee.

Type of obligation
|
From the drop-down menu, select the type of work obligation. The list of Work obligations can be customized and defined in Settings | Work records | Work obligations.
This data will be displayed in the Work records in My records.

Start
|
In the calendar, select the starting date and time for the work obligation to be added displayed. By default, the current date is used.

End
|
In the calendar, select the ending date and time for the work obligation to be added displayed. By default, the current date is used.

Department
|
Select a department if you want to add a work obligation in a department different from their job and it needs to be marked for Work records and payroll preparation in PANTHEON.

Cost center |
Cost center represents the employee’s home department, i. e. where the employee’s cost (payroll) will be applied. |
Note
|
Enter any text as a note for the specific work obligation. It is later shown in the line.

Delete
|
Deletes the selected work obligation. Whether you can see this button or not depends on your authorizations.
|
Cancel
|
Cancels the operation.
|
(Add)
|
Adds work obligation as a new line in My records.
