Automatic calcualtion

Below is a description of the form’s features:
- Toolbar
- Leave calculation criteria
- Footer

1. Toolbar
If you have selected the Automatic calculation option, you will have to select from the Calculation criteria list the formula by which the program will calculate the leave to the employees.
Calculation mode

Select the leave calculation method, which can be Automatic calculation or Manual data entry.

Calculation for year
|
In this field you can enter the year for which you would like to calculate the annual leave.

Employee |
In this field you can select an employee and the program will calculate leave for the selected employee only. |
Calculation criteria
|
Select the calculation criteria (the dropdown shows all formulas from the Leave Formulas register).
|
Department |
In this field you can select the department and the program will calculate leave only for employees working at this department. |
Job |
In this field you can select the job and the program will calculate leave for employees that work on the selected job. |
Status |
In this filed you can select active or inactive employees if we would like to calculate Annual Leave only for selected Employees status. |
2. Leave calculation criteria
In this table on the left side, the program will display individual lines from the leave formula and teh other criterias are displayed on the right side.

In this table, the program will display individual lines from the leave formula that was selected when calculating leave.

Additional leave
|
The field shows the additional number of days for leave the employee received (the field shows the number of days for the last year of the calculation)

Length od service on |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date till which you would like to calculate the leave. |
Overwrite the existing period |
We confirm the checker if we would like to Overwrite the existing period. |
Take into account Employment end date |
We confirm checker when we calculate proportionate calculation of annual leave. End date is taken from Salary Parameters form the column End. In case the end date is not entered in Salary Parameters, than the program will take into account from the column End from the Employment record. In case we have in the both fields end date, that the program will take into account the date from the Employment record | End. |
3. Footer
In the footer, there is action button Cancel and Calculate:
Cancel |
By clicking on the Cancel button, we cancel the anuual leave calculation. |
Calculate |
By clicking on the Calculate button, the leave is calculated. |
