Browsing Incidents

The data in Browsing incidents can be grouped into:

Overview of the content of the incidents An overview of the incidents, related responses, etc., is available in four subpanels:
Toolbar functions Toolbar functions include shortcuts for entering and answering the incidents, the option to design an overview of incidents with the desired data, etc.
Events tree structure In the Events tree structure, the events are sorted into several folders, where they are sorted by:
  • the company of the informer
  • a contact person in the company (name of the informer)
  • status (whether the event is open or closed)
