Search by animals and owners

In codebooks for Owners and animals, we can click on the button . With this search we can search animals or owners faster.

1. Adapted to veterinarians

when clicked, a new window will open

In the  tab "Simple" , we can search for animals by any data entered: owner, animal ID, animal name, animal category, animal species, breed, sex, ...

Search String	Enter the data that we want to search.
Practice type	We can search also by practice type: All Small practice Large pratcice
Select only active	Searching only by active animals and owners
Keep serch open	With this switch, we can keep the search window open and click through the program without interruptions.
	Click on this button to search strings.
	Click on this button to open the selected data. Data marked in the table below.
No.of results displayed	We choose how much data we want to be displayed at once.

Owner	Data about the owner.
Address	Data about the owner's address.
Animal ID	Data about the Animal ID.
Name	Data about the animal name.
Sex	Data about the animal sex.
Status	Data about the animal status
Nat.ID no.	Data about the owner's National ID No.
Tax No.	Data about the owner's Tax No.
Holding	Data about Holding.
Category, Type,Breed	Data about the animal category, type, and breed.
Passport	Data about the animal Passport.

In the tab  "Advanced", we search for animals by entering known data in the preset input fields.

Status	Data about the animal status. All Alive Dead Inactive
Animal ID	Search by  the Animal ID.
Name	Search by   the animal name.
Sex	Search by   the animal sex.
Animal Type	Search by   the animal Type.
Animal Category	Search by   the animal Category.
Breed	Search by   the animal Bategory.
ID No.	Search by   the animal ID No.
Pedigree No.	Search by   the animal Pedigree No.
Tatoo No.	Search by   the animal Tatoo No.
Passport No.	Search by   the animal Passport  No.
Dam chip	Search by the animal's mother's chip.
	Search by Shepherd dogs.

Once we have selected the animal, we click on the button . The search window closes and returns us to the owner and animal register, where it moves us to the appropriate owner with the appropriate animal already selected.

WARNING On treatmnet when we click button "Search"  and we what to add more animals to one treatment, we make sure that all the animals belong to the same owner if we want to add them to the treatment.

2. Adapted to shelters

When we tick the option "Shelters" in the Administration panel, then the search is adapted for data that we have for shelter.

The search  is basically the same as the normal search, except that the information about the animals is adapted to the shelter.
