Cadastral parcels
Now we have in program also possibility to enter cadastral parcels. We find this in menu in Settings - Agricultural Holding
Why cadastral parcel in the database?
Because we pay rant for cadastral parcel not for FIELD. But in case that we operate only with cadastral parcel, we have to create FIELD ( we can invent ID of field). In Pantheon we always operate with FIELD, cadastral parcel are only for paying the rent.
The relationship between the cadastral parcel and field
Relationship between the cadastral parcel and field is ony in case that we use rent contract for cadastral parcel. If we don't operate with cadastral parcel, tha we can skip this module.
Cadastral parcels may include more than one field and vice versa; one field can span several parcels.
Connection between cadastral parcel and field is automatically,if we import data form excel. But the data about field must be in excel file. If we enter data manually than we have to connect cadastral parcel with the right field manually.
How it works?
First we have to fill data about Cadastral parcel information.

| Status |
We choose status of the parcel. We have this options:
- C- Common use
- L- Leased
- O- Owned
- R- Rented
- S- Sold

| Code of cadastral municipality |
If we have the Code of cadastral municipality in our country, than we choose this data, if we don't have, than we leave this field empty. |
| Cadastral municipality name |
This information is loaded automatically when we selected code of cadastral municipality. |
| Area(ha) |
We enter the surface of the parcel. |
| Rented Size (ha) |
We enter the surface, which we have given in rent. |
| Surface Leased |
This information is loaded automatically when we enter data in tab Rented to. |
| Leased size (ha) |
We enter the surface, which we have in leased. |
| Actual leased size (ha) |
This information is loaded automatically when we enter data in tab Leased from. |

If the parcel is not active any more, than we remove the checkmark. |
| Latitude/Longitude |
This is the coordinates that show as parcel on Map. If we have this data, if we don't have than we leave empty. |

Tab FIELD on parcel
In this tab we can connected parcels with FIELD.

From drop down, we chose on which FIELD is this parcel. If we have FIELD in database. If we don't have than we leave this tab empty. |
| Size on parcel (ha) |
We enter the size of FIELD on this parcel. |
| Share of FIELD (%) |
This is the share of parcel on FIELD It si calculated automatically. |
Tab Parcel owners
In this tab we enter owners of the parcels. The parcel can have more than one owner.

From drop down ,we choose the Subject. A person who owns a parcel. |

We enter the share of the parcel, for each owner. |
| Area (ha) |
We enter the area of the parcel, for each owner. |

We can enter the Note, if we have some. |
