Change Manufacturing Spec
Change manufacturing specification window that can be opened from Process Work Orders is intended for group update of lines of material and lines of operations in manufacturing specifications. Here you can at the same time change resources, regulations, tools as well as small tools according to the set criteria.
Below is displayed the Change Manufacturing Spec window which consists of the section where you can enter criteria and on the right there is the section where you can select type of change for group update of manufacturing specification. Below you can see the changes that can be committed.

Specifying Criteria in Changing Manufacturing Specifications
The criteria section can be applied for all types of manufacturing specification and is intended for changing components or volume (materials and operations) of selected group of specifications. Then proceed with selecting a component that you want to change in the selected specifications. Finally, set a new component or enter additional parameters for change in specifications.
Similar procedure is used when changing data in operations where you can change item, name or resource of operations, regulations, tools, etc.
Refresh data generating a list of components that you would like to change in corresponding specifications.
WO Criteria

Allows restricting work orders by a set of parent WOs. |
| WO Status |
Select a WO status in order to restrict the selection. |
| Document Types |
Select a work order document type by which you want to restrict data. |
Parent WO
Restricting by entered parent WOs.
| WO From - To |
Allows restricting work orders by a set of parent WOs. |
| No Parent WO |
If checked, allows you to select criteria only for those WOs without parent WOs.

| All Linked |
If checked, selects all parent and child work orders according to set criteria.
If All Linked is checked all other checkboxes, that is, All Parents, All Children and Include Parents are hidden. |

If checked, selects all parent work orders. |
| All Children |
If checked, selects all child work orders. |
| Include Parents |
If checked, includes parent WOs according to set criteria. |
| All Linked |
If checked, selects all parent and child work orders according to set criteria.
If All Linked is checked all other checkboxes, that is, All Parents, All Children and Include Parents are hidden. |
Criteria for Restricting Selection of Data:
