1. Adding Orders and Adding From Dispatch List

When adding sales orders to an issue document (from orders or through the dispatch list) you will also check to see if there are any hard allocations.
a) If hard allocations exist, they will be discharged up to the amount of the reservation. Discharging of hard allocations is done automatically.
b) If there are no hard allocations (or if the issued amount is greater than the reserved quantity), quantities equal to the amount of available stock for sale.

2. Quantity Control At Issues Without Link To Orders or Dispatch List

If the stock of the item at the warehouse is greater than the entered amount in the line of issue, but the amount is partially or entirely reserved, the program will display an error message: "Quantity is already partially or fully reserved! Code:xx".

(If the entered amount in line of issue is greater than the actual stock, a somewhat different error report will be displayed: "Stock cannot fall under zero!".)

The program does not currently support hard allocations of serial number!
