Copy Accounts

Copy Accounts

The Copy Accounts Wizard allows you to copy accounts from one document type to the currently selected one.
You can access the wizard in the Travel Management panel of the Document Types Settings if you click the Copy Accounts button.

 

From Document Type In this field you can select from the lookup list the document type from which the accounts should be copied.
Copy Mode Set how existing accounts should be handled:
  • Add – copy only accounts for those item types that do not yet exist in the destination document type;
  • Overwrite – copy all accounts and overwrite any existing settings.
Copy accounts from the selected document type.
