 Example:

To copy direct costs from trip 09-700-000019 to 09-700-000037, do the following.

Open trip form and click 076165.gif to select Copy Additional Expenses of Trip.

The set the trip in From field to copy direct costs. In our case this is trip 09-700-000019.

Set line of trip 09-700-000019 in the From Line field.

Finally, set trip and line in the To and To Line: fields to copy direct costs.

Hsving successfuly copied direct costs confirm it by clicking 076170.gif. The data get recorded in the Direct Costs panel.
