Use the procedure for copying customer's and supplier's contract prices from the source subject to the destination subject. Selecting this option opens the window for entering search criteria.

000001.gif Copying adds new records to destination contract prices table. Plus the existing records are not changed.

 

Target Subject It is the subject to which you want to add records of the existing contract prices. lookup has option for selecting multiple subjects for target subjets where contract prices can be copied.
Source Subject Select a subject whose records you want to add to the records of the above destination subject.
Date From Limit copying by date criteria
Date To Limit copying by date criteria
New date from Set "New date from" to new contract prices being copied. If left empty, dates are not inserted. When setting a New date from, first the exact Date from and exact Date To must be inserted to select existing Contract Prices. Pay attention if there are multiple Contract Prices on different Subjects. Multiple Contract Prices can be selected and new dates set, copying is irreversible.
New date to Set "New date to" to new contract prices being copied. If left empty, dates are not inserted. When setting a New date from, first the exact Date from and exact Date To must be inserted to select existing Contract Prices. Pay attention if there are multiple Contract Prices on different Subjects. Multiple Contract Prices can be selected and new dates set, copying is irreversible.
Mode Set which contract price to copy:
  • All - If selected, customer and supplier contract prices get copied.
  • Supplier- If selected, only supplier's contract prices get copied.
  • Customer- If selected, only customer's contract prices get copied.
Copy Click it to launch copying according to the criteria set.

 

Copied records are visible after refreshing data.
