Copy the selected cost center to the lines of the journal entry using this function.

 

Example:

The journal entry contains posts in which the cost center has already been entered. You may fill-in a second cost center - Project 2 for posts lacking the cost center:

 

Open the journal entry and select Copy Cost Centers from the Wizards menu.

Enter the cost center and select Where Emp in the Fill In To box to enter the selected cost center is entered only in those lines not containing it:

Then click Fill In. Thus you added the cost center in posts where it has not been included.
