Copy Daily Plan

The Copy Daily Plan form allows you to copy an existing daily plan and create a new plan. With this function, the preparation of the daily plan can be made easier, by replacing the function of the daily plan template.

You can open the form by clicking the (Copy record) button in the toolbox of the Daily Plan form.

Below is a description of the form's features.

1. Copy From

This section of the form shows the data of the original daily plan.

Date

Displays the date of the original daily plan.

Shift

Displays the shift of the original daily plan.

From

Displays the start time of the shift of the original daily plan.

To

Displays the end time of the shift of the original daily plan.

Key

Displays the key of the original daily plan.

Department

Displays the department listed on the original daily plan.

Superior

Displays the superior listed on the original daily plan.

2. Copy To

In this section of the form, you can enter the data for the new daily plan.

Date

Select the date of the new daily plan.

Shift

Select the shift of the new daily plan.

From

Displays the start time of the shift of the new daily plan.

To

Displays the end time of the shift of the new daily plan.

Department

Select a department for the new daily plan.

Superior

Select a superior for the new daily plan.

Copy

By clicking the button, a new daily plan, which includes the parameters selected above, is created.
