When you select the Copy option from the Postal Codes register wizard menu, you trigger the procedure for copying data on the distance of place from our company's headquarters into the Subjects register.

Enter in the criteria entry panel:

Postal code
Here you can enter the selected postal code, or by using wildcards for a certain set of postal codes, for which you want to copy data on distance. 
Region
 Furthermore, data on the distance can be copied into all postal codes from a certain region (see Postal Zones register ).
Copy only existing distances
  • If checked - Only distances that are larger than 0 will be entered in the Subjects register.
  • If unchecked - All distances regardless of the number of entered kilometres will be entered in the Subjects register.
Overwrite existing distance
  • If checked - If the subject's data already exists in the Subjects register, procedure overwrites it and replaces it with new data.
  • If unchecked - If the subject's data already exists in the Subjects register, procedure does not overwrite it.

After entering the above-mentioned parameters for copying, click the Run button. You are informed when the operation has been successfully executed (see Operation complete!)
