Custom Fields

To better manage and track additional fixed asset (FA) information that may not be covered by the standard fields, Custom Fields can be configured and used in the Custom Fields tab. Custom Fields allow for more flexible record-keeping and tailored reporting. They allow specific details to be recorded, such as the next scheduled service date for a vehicle or the cost of a service. Custom Fields can be configured in the Administration Panel under Custom Fields.

The Custom Fields tab can be accessed in Fixed assets,  Small Tools and Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition.

Hint

Examples of how to use Custom Fields tab are described on the corresponding pages of the User Manual for PANTHEON.

Below are examples of possible Custom Fields that can be set up:

Maintenance company This field is used to record the name of the company responsible for maintaining the FA, making it easier to contact the correct party when service is due.
Next Service Enter or select the date of the next scheduled service for the FA.
Frequency This field is used to define how often maintenance should occur (e.g., every 6 months, annually). Regular maintenance intervals ensure that FAs remain in optimal working condition.
Price for service Enter the expected or agreed price for the maintenance service, to help track service costs.
