Customizing the Incidents List

By clicking the 32884.jpg button in the main Browsing incidents window, we can select as much data and as many types of data we want, that should give us the best overview of incidents and the easiest possible browsing experience.

WARNING

We select the fields for each incident overview folder separately (see Events tree structure for the definitions of each folder).

Records per page The number of incidents to appear on one page of the screen.

We can choose 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 incidents.

Available A list of all available fields in the database that are not on the list of selected fields yet (see "Selected"). This is data that is written in the database but is not visible in Browsing incidents. We get access to this data by opening an incident or incident related events (e.g., answers).

We can easily "move" an individual field to the list of selected fields by double-clicking the column name.

Selected A list of selected fields, i.e., the data that is active in Browsing incidents.

After selecting the criteria, the incidents can then be checked, filtered and sorted .
