Document note Window for entry of eventual note to the document. The default text of the note can already be entered in the  document types register (Default note).

 

Data on weight and packages

Packages (number)
 Enter the number of packages that constitute this issue, or the data is offered by the program according to the number of packages at the time of receiving
Packages (form) select the shape of packages which constitute this issue from the measuring units register
Package mark if the packages are marked, also enter the package mark
Gross mass gross mass is a sum of gross mass from the lines of issue
Total                   this field shows the overall value of the receiving, which can be the sum of various foreign currencies. 

Positions of issue can be created from the receiving, nominated in various currencies. The price for valuation is shown in the same currency and value as displayed at the receiving from which it has been created.

 

000001.gif Because the customs issue in the document header does not have the data on currency in which it has been nominated, also the overall value does not have any meaning, if the values in lines are shown in different currencies. The value in individual currencies can only be determined with creating of customs declaration.
