Click the drop down arrow in the Attachment field to open a window for entering and viewing attachments for DDV-O forms. Once you've entered an attachment, click outside the attachment window to close it. The 005059.gif 005053.gif and 005059.gif 005052.gif  key combinations can also be used to navigate the attachment window.

Period From

The period (year and month) of the VAT account for which the change has been made. It is entered in the YYYY-MM format.

Period To

The period (year and month) of the VAT account for which the change has been made. It is entered in the YYYY-MM format. If a VAT account is submitted monthly, the period in this field will be the same as the period in the Period From field.

If an attachment is automatically created (at the same time as the VAT account), the program will use the date of the period for which information is being edited as entered in the document, find the VAT account with this period (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually) and enter the period in both fields.

If a VAT account does not exist for the period for which you are editing data, the period in both fields will be the same as the calendar month in which the changes were made. 

Type Select one of 12 types of attachment. The attachment selected here specifies the paragraph and line of Article 130 or Article 154 of the Value Added Tax Act which serves as a basis for the attachment.
