In accordance with article 11 of the Instructions for implementation of article 41 of the act on national budget implementation for the years 2002 and 2003 (OJ RS 106/01), VAT registered entities who must supply their VAT account are obliged to supply a VAT specification under previous and applicable rates, starting January 2002. No official form was prescribed. The new Rules (OJ RS 17/04) do not require this specification anymore, but PANTHEON still provides this report.

For the VAT account type 3 - Account after Nov 1, 2002, the specification comes in two parts, at the rates from 2001 and at the new rates.
