Having clicked Refresh in Delete/Reverse WO window and selecting Delete operation generates a list of work orders for deleting. The Delete button is made available.

Check work orders you would like to delete. You can do this by using the right-click menu as well.

Before proceeding you have to confirm the operation. Click Yes in order to delete work orders or No to cancel the operation. By doing this you are returned to the start menu.

Having deleted work orders they disappear from lines of bottom section and from all records in the database.

When deleting work orders created from lines of order and which include a specific change of order status in linked document types , a lower level status will be assigned automatically when creating WO.

Order status is changed only if:

  • the status for order document type is set in linked document types when creating WO,
  • the order status is equivalent to the status as set in the linked document types of WO,
  • no work order of the same manufacturing document type wasn't created from the same order number as the WO being deleted.
