Employee Files

In the Employee Files in PANTHEON, the company tracks personnel records and employee data.

An Employee File is compiled for each employee, into which you can enter personal data as well as data about family members, past employment relationships, where you can build a history of the employee's movement in the company, monitor data on length of service, benefited length of service, length of service for leave, history of employee's use of leave and other absences, data on the corresponding leave for individual years, medical examinations, and other mandatory data in accordance with the VZD Act, data on education, training, and related costs.
